Delivery

When payment is received by Paypal, credit or debit card we aim to deliver within 5 working days or your preferred delivery date if chosen. Using this method we will try our best to ensure the delivery on your preferred date is achieved, however, due to various reasons this cannot be guaranteed. Widnes landscape products reserve the right to amend the advanced days of the preferred delivery in line with demand for services. (Both of these options may be extended at our discretion at peak teams or during times of unprecedented circumstances) Widnes landscape products will try to contact you to advise the delivery date, our standard delivery is usually within 5 working days (excluding bank holidays) from receipt of payment if all products are in stock. If an item is out of stock we will contact you and inform you of the anticipated supply date and give you an opportunity to cancel your order if you wish. If you cancel in such circumstances we will reimburse you in full using the same payment method by which you paid us.

Materials selected for delivery loose will be delivered and tipped out on dry level ground close to the property or as instructed. Loose loads will mix if more than one products is selected. Widnes landscape products assume you are aware of this and understand, Bulk Bag loads will be off-loaded with a mechanical crane kerbside and for bulk bags been couriered these will be dropped using a tail lift vehicle onto flat level ground. All materials ordered will be delivered to the address stated on the order (any additional drops will need to be paid for prior to delivery) this will typically be kerbside delivery, depending on the vehicle used. If kerbside delivery is not suitable, goods will be unloaded to the nearest easily accessible and safe access point for the address stated  If this is not possible the goods will be returned and either a refund for the goods will be made or an additional delivery charge will be required for the re-delivery or delivery by different method. Widnes landscape products  will not be held responsible for any damage to property or utility services if our drivers are requested to deliver or drop materials off of the public highway. (If you request our vehicles to leave the Highway you assume responsibility however caused) Widnes landscape products  are not responsible for onwards handling at the property once initial delivery has been completed. All goods should be checked against the order and an acceptance signed. If no signature is obtained, it will be assumed the goods are accepted in full. Widnes landscape products cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any damage, loss or inconvenience arising out of the transport or carriage of goods where the customer has arranged such transport, or carriage. Any shortages or damaged goods must be notified in writing (by email) widneslandscapeproducts@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
